When we first met to talk about a listing in early May I had talked myself into believing that the whole process was going to be long, frustrating and taxing.  After meeting you and seeing first-hand how professional you were, how caring you were and what a great listener you were I started to have some hope.

After signing the listing you absolutely blew me away!  Within hours you had gotten back to me with a request for two viewings – hours, not days!

While the market seemed to deteriorate and work against us during the time we were searching for our house, your persistence, knowledgeable advice and professionalism helped us make ultimately the right decisions in purchasing the property.  You can be sure that we will recommend your services.

My home originally listed with an alternate agent when the market was a sellers dream.  It resulted in only a total of 3 showings of which I showed 2 myself and with relatively fruitless results.  In July 2010 I listed with Sigrid Wilcox (which I now refer to as 'Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire!)  A typical 3 month listing of which I made unavailable the first 3 weeks doing a recommended painting and de-clutter per Sigrid's advice.  The market had changed dramatically turning fromn a seller's market to a buyer's market.  A unique 1/2 duplex property situated hgihway side had its showing challenges for sure.  Sigrid worked compassionately with me, a seller making difficult personal decisions and she returned every call I ever made to her, she arranged realtor tours, open houses nearly every weekend, posted ads usual ways as well as in other national exchanges and resourcefully even sent the listing out to property management agencies.  In our 3 month listing of which only actually was 9 weeks  during a downturned seller's market Sigrid accomplished; showing with significant interest, 2 accepted offers and one completed sale.  The service was indeed "extraordinary" and the results certainly speak for themselves as I have a for sale sign with a prominently brightly displayed "SOLD" sticker on it.  Sigrid - You Truly Are Amazing!
